We try our hardest to catch defective items before they ship, but if we missed something and you found
a problem with your product please snap a photo of
the issue and email it to us at hello@boredwalk.com. We have a separate process for replacing defective products.
Our customer service crew will get back to you ASAP about replacing your item once we hear from you.

Before requesting a prepaid exchange label please review our notes below about exchanges:
Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date
Exchanges must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn/sellable/fragrance-free)
We cannot accept exchanges on any of the following items:
Clearance or Flash Sale items
Magazines, Books, Activity Books, Notebooks, or Journals
Customized/off menu items
Seasonal items (such as holiday sweaters)
Original shipping charges are not refundable
Items sent back that are outside the exchange window, not eligible for return, or not in original condition will be marked return to sender and sent back to you

If you are returning your item due to fit/fabric concerns, please note that we offer the option to order off-menu shirt styles, so
if there is another shirt style that has the fit or fabric you want,

to request an exchange for an off-menu item. That way you can enjoy our FREE exchange labels
and save a few bucks on return shipping!

If you are returning items from an order where a volume discount was used, your refund will be adjusted based on your final order total
For example, if you used an offer code for 20% off on orders of $50 or more and ordered 2 $25 tees,
but returned one tee the refund amount would be $15, not $20, because the return adjusts your final order total to $25 based on the loss
of the 20% off discount for orders of $50 or more. If you used an offer code for 20% off on orders of $50 or more and ordered 4 $25 tees,
but returned one tee the refund amount would be $20 because the 3 other items that didn't get returned still made it possible for the
order to meet the minimum value to use the discount. If retaining the discount value of your order is a priority we recommend exchanging
rather than returning your item so your discount value won't be impacted

Got it! So how do I send my return?
We have 2 options for sending returns:
1. You can ship back your return via whichever carrier you'd like. Just download and print our return form and include it with your return shipment.*
2. Skip the line at the post office and download and print a pre-paid return label from us**. When your return arrives we'll issue a refund less the cost of the return shipping and any original shipping fees that were paid when your order was placed.
*If you are using your own shipping service/label to return your item(s) we recommend purchasing INSURANCE for your return shipment! Boredwalk is NOT responsible for return packages that are damaged or lost in-transit when you send your shipment with your own
shipment carrier/label.
**If you made a purchase via Facebook or Instagram shops our portal cannot generate a prepaid label for returns. You can still return your item for a refund via your own shipping service/label or exchange the item using our prepaid labels.
